Agency

We are a full-suite creative agency utilizing a collective of individuals with cunning wit, eclectic tastes, and multifaceted talents to focus on giving our clients an authentic and unique voice. Our focus is in communities in motion. Wherever the vessel takes you, be it engine-, pedal-, or foot-powered, we will keep pace and capture the journey. We will help to store your memories, tell your story, and inspire your audience.

The Creative Collective

Altogether, we work as a team to strategize and execute marketing strategies, social media plans, ad campaigns, branding, and beyond. The real fun is in the brainstorming and the production, bringing great ideas to life for which we offer photo, video, design, and written content. The beauty of working with WESTx1000 is receiving premium results at the hands of not just one, or a few, but several bright minds and experts in their field.

Why us

Why is WESTx1000 different from other media creative groups? Because, as photo-journalists and editors, we already speak to your audience and customers. We know what they like to read, the images that catch their attention, the videos from which they craft their daydreams. We know how to speak to them, and as your content agency, we’ll talk to your customers in a language they understand but with your voice.

The Team

Justin W. Coffey

Bio

If you asked, he'd tell you he just dabbles with a pen and likes taking pictures. But what he doesn't say is that he's had skin in the game for nearly 20 years. And while he's hardly satisfied, and always eager to refine, Justin W. Coffey has been honing a talent for storytelling since he could first articulate a moment - initially on paper, and next behind a lens. Eventually chasing fast and loud things through deserts and desolate landscapes in hopes of sharing his passion for motorsports with the uninitiated. He lives for this stuff, and would take a tent and no toilet over a five-star hotel if that means he can bear witness to a world which few get to witness so close, or so completely.

Justin Hughes

Bio

As the SNL skit says, “I live in a van down by the river.” Or the desert. Or the forest. I am a full-time digital nomad, making a living as a writer and editor in the automotive, motorcycle, and general powersports areas. I’ve written for websites including The Drive, The Truth About Cars, RideApart, and ADVRider, as well as the ADVRider print magazine. When I’m not writing, I’m either having adventures in my camper van, riding my motorcycle, talking to the world by amateur radio, or snuggling my cat.

Nicolette Colosimo

Bio

Nicolette Colosimo is a self-professed word nerd. You know, the kind of person who gets giddy over a well-placed semicolon or a perfectly executed pun. From the moment she could string together sentences, writing and storytelling became her passion. To Nicolette, there is something magical about how words paint pictures and evoke emotions, and she has made it her mission to harness that magic in everything she does. As an editor, she thrives on the thrill of taking a rough draft and polishing it until it shines like a diamond in the rough. It's a bit like sculpting, chiseling away at the excess until the true beauty of the story emerges.

Angela McCorison

Bio

Dirt and design are a way of life for Angela. Her love for dirt toys began at 5 when her dad gave her an ATC 70 for her birthday. Since then, she's enjoyed playing with her quad, UTV, 4x4, and full suspension MTB. When not playing in the dirt, Angela is at her computer working on graphic design projects. She has been in the field since earning her BFA in Graphic Design from CalArts in 2001. She has worked on layouts for titles like DirtBike, ATV Action, and Motocross Action. After five years as a graphic designer at O’Neal MX, she went freelance and now enjoys working on a variety of projects for different clients.
